FAITH COMMUNITY CHURCH in Rapid City is a new, growing and vibrant church family who is in love with Jesus Christ and has a place for you and your family to be welcomed, loved and nurtured. We are part of a new Methodist movement called the Global Methodist Church where we teach, promote and follow traditional interpretations of scripture and biblical lessons. Our goal is to connect and grow closer to God through thoughtful prayer, study and service to God’s mission, to each other and to our worship community. John Wesley refers to the road of holiness as one that we can not travel alone, but rather involving the community of faith at every step along the way.

The goal of discipleship ministry in the Global Methodist Church is to make, develop and nurture disciples of Jesus Christ through promoting involvement and participation in small group settings. Here each person is invited, recognized, challenged and endorsed in their efforts to walk closer to God. This encourages reflecting on and supporting the lessons, character and mission of Jesus Christ. The small group model promotes deeper faith and fellowship, supports lasting friendships and helps to develop a stronger family support system.
